Moving premises can be stressful, but moving your electricity supply shouldn’t be. Simply call or email our Customer Experience Team to let us help you. You need to allow at least four working days for us to arrange the electricity disconnection at your existing address and connection at your new address.

The following table sets out per annum consumption thresholds that apply to an individual supply address of a small business customer.

If your business uses less than or equal to (≤) the amount of electricity (per annum) listed in the table below, it’s likely that you are operating a small business.
